With multiple seating areas, a fire pit, large dining table, a brand new huge gas grill, and incredible views, you will love spending time outside while at the house! When you're ready for a break, enjoy the updated living space with lots of comfortable, brand new seating as well as the large indoor dining table, fully stocked kitchen, coffee and tea bar. There is space for all the family to spread out here. The three good sized bedrooms are all on the lower level. This layout works great for allowing guests that want to get an early night the space to head down stairs, while others can stay upstairs or outside on the patio and not be worried about keeping the other guests awake. All three bedrooms offer new, super comfy beds and high end linens so you can get a great nights sleep. The large primary bedroom has a brand new king bed and it's own private attached bathroom. With two walk in closets, one of which doubles as a work area with desk, you will have all the storage space you need. The primary bedroom also enjoys direct access to the back deck and seating area via the sliding glass doors, where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the birds. The second bedroom has a brand new queen bed, high end linens and a large closet. This bedroom also has direct access to the back deck via sliding glass doors. The second full bathroom is just a couple of steps across the hallway. The third bedroom has two twin beds, high end linens and direct access the the second full bathroom. This bedroom is ideal for any younger guests as there is no direct access from this room to outside. There is a bonus room in the house that can be used as a yoga or meditation space. This room is away from the rest of the house and very peaceful. To access this room you need to walk down the stairs and through the garage. There is a large garage space that guests are welcome to use to store extra luggage or park a car in. The house is fully stocked so you should have all you need during your stay for a comfortable and wonderful time in beautiful Sedona.
